Taiwanese Style Jelly Cake Powder: Chewy, Smooth & Translucent

Instructions
Prepare the mixture according to the 1(g) jelly cake powder: 5-6(cc) hot water ratio.

Add 1 kg of Taiwanese Style Jelly Cake Powder to 5000-6000cc of cold water. Stir well over low heat until completely dissolved. Bring to a boil, then turn off the heat.

Pour the mixture out into molds and allow it to cool at room temperature. Chill in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours before serving.
Suggested ratios for the flavor jelly cake:
Prepare the mixture according to the 1(g) any syrup or drink powder: 1(g) jelly cake powder: 5-6(cc) hot water ratio.

Adding flavoring powder:
- Add 1 kg of Taiwanese Style Jelly Cake Powder to 5000-6000cc of cold water. Stir well over low heat until completely dissolved.
- When the mixture from step 1 reaches approximately 50~60℃ to 60℃, add the Flavoring Powder and stir thoroughly until dissolved. Turn off the heat.
- Pour the mixture out into molds and allow it to cool at room temperature. Chill in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours before serving.

Add 1 kg of Taiwanese Style Jelly Cake Powder to 5000-6000cc of cold water. Stir well over low heat until completely dissolved.

Pour in the Flavoring Syrup and stir well. Bring the mixture to a boil, then turn off the heat.

Pour the mixture out into molds and allow it to cool at room temperature. Chill in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours before serving.
