Christmas Matcha Chocolate Drinks

On this lovely and colorful Christmas day, nothing compares to the comfort of a cup of Matcha-Chocolate Au Lait or a nice, warm Brown Sugar Latte. For this moment of laughter and gathering, don't miss these luscious drinks that bring happiness and joy!

Matcha Chocolate Oule (Iced) - 700ml

Ingredients

  • Hot water 60ml
  • room-temperature water 65ml
  • Fructose 25g
  • Chocolate Flavor Drink Powder 10g
  • Matcha Flavor Drink Powder 20g
  • Original Non-Dairy Creamer 10g
  • 2 ~ 3 strawberries
  • Fresh Cream


Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, dissolve 10g of Chocolate Flavor Drink Powder and 25g of fructose in 10ml of hot water.
  2. Add 15ml of room-temperature water and stir well. Pour the mixture into the serving glass.
  3. Slice the fresh strawberries in half and arrange them around the inner wall of the glass. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  4. In a separate mixing bowl, dissolve 20g of Matcha Flavor Drink Powder and 10g of Original Non-Dairy Creamer in 50ml of hot water.
  5. Add 50ml of room-temperature water and stir well until combined.
  6. Gently and slowly pour the mixture over the ice cubes into the glass. The slow pouring action will create the desired layered effect.
  7. Squeeze fresh cream on top and garnish with a sprinkle of Matcha Powder for decoration.

Brown sugar latte (Hot) - 500ml

Ingredients

  • Traditional Brown Sugar Powder 30g
  • Espresso Coffee 30ml
  • Milk 300ml


Instructions

  1. Add Traditional Brown Sugar Powder and freshly pulled espresso into the serving cup. Stir well to dissolve the sugar.
  2. Heat 300 ml  of milk and steam it to create dense milk foam.
  3. Pour the frothed milk and foam into the cup to fill.
