Ingredients

  • Espresso 15cc
  • 100% Lemon Juice 20cc
  • Fructose 20cc
  • Butterfly Pea Juice 20cc
  • Sparkling Water 150cc
  • Sugar Tremella Jam 60g


Instructions

  1. Pour the Sugar Tremella Jam, espresso, and fructose into the serving cup.
  2. Mix well to combine and dissolve the syrup and jam.
  3. Fill the cup with ice cubes.
  4. Add sparkling water until the cup is almost full. (Avoid stirring to maintain a layer.)
  5. Finally, gently pour the Butterfly Pea Juice and ice lemon juice over the top.
