Grass Jelly Syrup: Soft, Chewy, and Deliciously Authentic
How to Use
- Preparation: Mix 160g of tapioca starch with 1000cc of cold water and stir well.
- Bring 8000cc of water to a boil(100℃).
- Pour 2880ml of grass jelly syrup into the pot, stirring constantly and scrape the bubble from the surface.
- Put 900g of granulated sugar in the pot, stirring well.
- Pour tapioca starch into the pot, stirring well and turn the heat off.
- Pour hot grass jelly syrup into a plastic food container. Scrape the bubble from the surface.
- Refrigerate 4℃ after the jelly is chilled.
