*Panna Cotta 150g、*Mango Smoothie、*Earl Grey Black Tea Smoothie
Instructions

Add *Panna Cotta at the bottom of the cup, followed by the *Mango Smoothie and then the *Earl Grey Black Tea Smoothie, layering them in that order.

Optional: Garnish the drink with a sprinkle of Earl Grey tea leaves.

*Panna Cotta 150g

Ingredients

Panna Cotta Powder 40g / Hot Water 160cc

Instructions

  1. Bring the water to a boil. Pour in the Panna Cotta Powder and stir thoroughly until dissolved.
  2. Reduce the heat to low, bring the mixture back to a boil, then turn off the heat.
  3. Pour the mixture into an airtight container. Once it has cooled down and set at room temperature, store it in the refrigerator.

 

*Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

Mango Pulp Jam 60g / Smoothie Powder 5g / Water 20cc / Ice cubes 200g

Instructions

Combine 60g of Mango Pulp Jam, 5g of Smoothie Powder, 20g of Water, and 200g of Ice Cubes in a blender (or smoothie machine). Blend until a smooth, slushy consistency is achieved.

*Earl Grey Black Tea Smoothie

Ingredients

Royal Earl Grey Black Tea 80cc / Smoothie Powder 5g / Fructose 20cc / Ice cubes 200g

Instructions

Combine 80g of Royal Earl Grey Black Tea, 5g of Smoothie Powder, 20g of Fructose, and 200g of Ice Cubes in a blender (or smoothie machine). Blend until a smooth, slushy consistency is achieved.
