Ingredients
*Dragon Fruit Jelly 150g, *Ginger Juice, *Tropical Fruit Slush, Sparkling Water 200cc, Frozen Lemon Juice 10cc

Instructions

  1. Place the *Dragon Fruit Jelly into the serving cup and set aside.
  2. Next, layer the *Ginger Juice, Sparkling Water, and *Tropical Fruit Slush into the cup in that order.
  3. Finish by drizzling Lemon Juice over the top.

*Dragon Fruit Jelly

Ingredients
Dice Dragon Fruit 70g / Jelly Powder 50g / Water 250cc

Instructions

  1. Bring the water to a boil. Pour the Jelly Powder into the pot and stir thoroughly until dissolved.
  2. Add the Dice Dragon Fruit and stir well until fully incorporated.
  3. Reduce the heat to low, continue to simmer for 1 minute, then turn off the heat.
  4. Pour the mixture into an airtight container. Once it has cooled down and set (or solidified) at room temperature, store it in the refrigerator.

 

*Ginger juice

Ingredients

Ginger Drink Powder 3g / Hot Water 250cc
Instructions

Pour the Ginger Drink Powder into hot water and stir until dissolved.


*Tropical Fruit Slush

Ingredients
Water 20cc / Diced Pineapple 30g / Passion Fruit Juice Concentrate 25cc / Fructose 20cc / Ice cubes 200g

Instructions

Place all ingredients into a blender (or smoothie machine). Blend until a smooth, slushy consistency is achieved, then pour into a cup.
