Ginger Drink Powder 80g, Water 100cc, Liquid sugar cane 40cc, Taiwanese Style Jelly Cake Powder 100g
Instructions
Add the Taiwanese Style Jelly Cake Powder to 100cc of cold water. Stir until dissolved over low heat.
When the mixture reaches 50℃ to 60℃, incorporate the Ginger Drink Powder and stir until dissolved. Next, add the Liquid Sugar Cane and mix thoroughly. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat.
Pour the mixture out into molds and allow it to cool at room temperature. Chill in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours before serving.
