Instructions
Pour the Whipping Cream, Original Flossy Powder, and Peppermint Syrup into a Mixing Bowl.
Beat the mixture at medium-low speed for approximately 1-3 minutes until well blended.
Continue whipping until the consistency reaches soft peaks (the foam is thick but can still flow).
Store in the refrigerator (or Chill in the refrigerator).
